This prototype was created to evaluate the feasibility of developing a roguelite inspired by Hades and Pastry Knight, but with a different perspective. As part of this test, I designed a first boss encounter featuring Hel, Goddess of Death. However, the chosen perspective proved unintuitive, and the mechanics felt unpolished. Despite these challenges, the visual style had the potential to be striking, as demonstrated in the video below. Additionally, the boss music I composed for this project can be heard here!
