Over these five months, I collaborated with a group of students on a research project focused on knowledge retention among service technicians. Our goal was to identify challenges in preserving and transferring critical expertise within the workforce, ensuring that valuable technical knowledge is not lost over time.

Through in-depth analysis, we explored various factors influencing knowledge retention, including documentation practices, training programs, and mentorship structures. By assessing existing processes and gathering insights from technicians, we developed recommendations to improve knowledge sharing and long-term accessibility of technical expertise.

This project provided valuable experience in process optimization, workforce development, and organizational learning strategies. It reinforced the importance of structured knowledge management in maintaining efficiency and expertise within technical service teams.
